The One Word Every Ally Needs to Use

As I consider my anticipation for the Inauguration, I also know that moments like these really draw out biases like moths to a flame- even my own. The word, "Who" is a powerful one.

It's a word that really pushes us all to bring clarity to our biases.

Sometimes, this will create discomfort that will end friendships and partnerships. Other times, it can help us to be more thoughtful people and raise more compassionate and inclusive children.
